Turkish coffee
Instructions
Put to boil the water in a tall and narrow container (they use a briquette specific tinned copper, of truncated cone shape, with the bottom wider).
Meanwhile, prepare the coffee powder which must be ground to a fine powder, impalpable (like the icing sugar).
For this they have special grinders, but with a little patience you can arrange with a coffee grinder.
When the water boils, pour the coffee in the pot, remove from heat and mix thoroughly.
Leave remarry until all the coffee powder has settled on the bottom, then serve in small cups.
