Creamy brussels sprouts
Instructions
Cook the Brussels sprouts in water, sgrondateli and then toss them in 50 g of melted butter.
Meanwhile prepare a béchamel sauce with a tablespoon of flour and remaining butter with milk.
Remove from heat the sauce, add the cream and egg yolk.
Put the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, cover with the sauce, add the cheese and simmer 20 minutes.

- 100 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 jar of cooking cream
- 50 g of grated gruyere cheese
- 1 teaspoon of flour
