Clean well the turnip greens and wash them several times; then scolale and cook in a pot holes, without adding water, uses only that remained after washing; as they cook, tops out a little liquid that will gradually eliminate why bitterness.
When the turnip tops do not come any more liquid, after about half an hour, minimize the heat, combine salt, pepper, peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, orange zest and Bay leaves (wash and dry).
All carefully mix and let cook at a minimum with the pot uncovered for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking add the turnip greens on serving platter, previously heated, and cringing at the table well.
