Mud cake with dark chocolate
Instructions
Melt in a pan to low heat, without boiling: butter, chocolate, sugar and milk. When they reached the consistency of a cream off and allow to cool. Scour Meanwhile in mixer Bowl: flour, baking powder, cocoa powder. Add in the planetary dough prepared previously operate it and add 3 eggs (one at a time), at this point, let it work for 10/15 minutes. Pour it into the mold and put it in the oven.

For the Pan was used a silicone mould in the shape of a heart (Pedrini). Once cooked it was covered with white chocolate ganache (creating a bitter contrast of sweet cream and cake) and then covered in sugar paste. - 100 gr of bitter cocoa powder
- 200 g flour
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 3 medium eggs
