For Royal icing
mount the egg whites don't own snow ... will be soft.
combine lemon juice and sugar.
For the chocolate icing
dissolve pieces of plain chocolate with a little milk.
Cupcake
Use cups as large as a coffee cup.
Bake in hot oven at 200° for 15 minutes
