Instructions

Peel the chestnuts and cook them in water and sugar until they soften.

Cook the plums pitted and held previously soaked in cold water for a few hours.

Stir the hot fruit, add sugar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a glass of sherry.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
