Soak in warm water and dried chestnuts, devoid of Peel and hangnails, throughout the night.
Boil in water, keeping the fruit whole and solid.
Pass in a pan with butter, until they become golden brown.
You can serve as an appetizer or as a side dish to Pharaoh, pheasants and white meats in General.
