Instructions

For this tasty recipe you should use the pillow, but since it is pretty hard to find it, you can replace it with the bacon.

In a saucepan put the bacon cut into strips and fry over low heat to melt the fat.

Apart from put 2 egg yolks in a bowl and 2 whole eggs, slightly batteteli and join spicy grated cheese well.

Continue to beat with a fork to mix perfectly the ingredients.

This type of condiment fits especially spaghetti: after cooked al dente, drain and discard still hot in the pot where you have browned Bacon, pour over the eggs with the cheese, stir quickly, keeping the pan on the flame so that it remains warm.

Generously pepper before serving.

This recipe presents different variations: there are two.

If you love strong tastes a bit you can fry a clove of garlic with 1 tablespoon of oil and then add the bacon; If you prefer a milder sauce, add 2 tablespoons of cream to the eggs and you'll have a much creamier sauce.
