Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread slices and brown them on both sides in a hot frying pan with a little oil.
Resting on the surface of each sofa a provolina cut in small pieces, sprinkle over anchovy fillet and a few strips of tomato skinned and without seeds.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salted, very little.
Put the sofa in hot oven, cover with a sheet of paper and silver lasciateveli until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately hot.

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 provoline cheese
- 2 anchovies
- 1 tomato
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
