Instructions
After leaving to cool the beef broth, eliminate the fat through the strainer.
In a shaker (with ice cubes) pour the Bouillon, Vodka and other spices; shake for several seconds and serve in a tumbler.
In winter, this drink can be prepared also.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1/4 vodka
- 3/4 beef consommé
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 splashes of worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops of tabasco
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- Salt
- Pepper (optional)
