Biscuit Pudding (Budino di Biscotto)
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with vanilla sugar.
Add the gallettine pounded, nuts, candied fruits, melted butter and the clear Mount Snow.
Butter a mold and impanarlo with the gallettine pounded; pour the mixture, cook it in the oven and serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 egg yolks
- 200 g of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of gallettine
- 100 g of nuts
- 50 g of bits of candied orange and citron
- 75 g of butter
