Chocolate and almond cake

19212 CHOCOLATE and almond CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 40 g dark chocolate, 40 g of ground almonds, 40 g of butter, 20 g of icing sugar, 3 eggs, 20 g of dried crumbled biscuits, 20 g of caster sugar.
For the sauce: 60 g cream, 30 g of honey and 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon Armagnac.
PROCESS Work the butter with the egg yolks and sugar, add the melted chocolate, crushed biscuits, finely crushed almonds and finally the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into buttered moulds and sprinkled with sugar, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce with all ingredients and gilds it in a double boiler, beat well until you get a foamy sauce.
