Chocolate and amaretto mousse
Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a Bain-Marie with the liquor.
Allow to cool and incorporate the amaretti.
Continue to stir with a whisk, mix the whipped cream and the egg whites very firm.
Pour the mixture into a glass cup, put in refrigerator for 4 hours and then garnish with sprigs of cream and hazelnuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of chocolate
- 300 g of not sweetened whipped cream
- 5 egg whites
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
