Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 1 kg chicken, tomatoes, 10 5 pitted black olives, 1 tablespoon of pickled capers, 1 mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, a pinch of oregano.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped chicken rather small, Saute it from all sides, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.

Add coarsely chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, capers, oregano and continue cooking at medium heat for about 20 minutes or so.

When cooked, add the diced mozzarella, reshot and serve immediately.
