Instructions

06932 BON ROLL ALLA SICILIANA 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS a good Roll of pork, 500 g of potatoes, onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a glass of dry white wine, a spoonful of capers, 3 ripe tomatoes, 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt.

Preparation time: 1 hour cooking time: 40 minutes.

PROCEDURE Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into wedges.

Peel the tomatoes, cut them in half and take away the seeds; then reduce it in chunks.

Wrap Bon Roll in parchment paper and place it in a baking dish.

Sprinkling it with oil and half of the wine, place it in the oven already warm (200°) and simmer for about 40 minutes, basting occasionally with wine.

Halfway through the cooking, add the potatoes, onion, capers, olives, tomatoes and oregano.

Add salt, stir well and bring to the end.

Serve Bon Roll into slices and potatoes guarnitelo.
