Instructions
Beat the reds with sugar until mixture is smooth, without lumps.
Add the mascarpone cheese, stirring. In a separate bowl beat three egg whites until foamy and add them to the rest continuing to mix very gently to avoid damaging the structure.
Besides, prepared 100 cc of coffee and pour it in a Holster, if you like, add a shot of rum.
Moisten the biscuits in coffee (must not become too soft).
In a container large enough and not too tall, with which shall serve the sweet, alternate layers of biscuits and cream, making sure to end with cookies.
Store in the refrigerator. Before serving, dust, using a colander, with bitter cocoa powder.
