Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS two melons cantaloupe, 240 g of low-fat cheese or goat cheese type, the juice of a lemon, salt, pepper PROCEDURE Open the melons in half horizontally and liberateli from the seeds with a teaspoon.
Place the cheese in a bowl and add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a pepper work well the ingredients with a fork to mount them slightly.
