Instructions

4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 slices of cheese, cheese slices 60 g type of tuna in oil, 60 g ricotta, 1 courgette, 1 carrot, 2 pitted black olives, red pepper 5 g in acete, 4 basil leaves, 4 drops of tabasco, 1 sprinkling of black pepper, 1 pinch of salt.

Scrape, PROCESS check and wash the carrot, do the same steps with the courgette.

Cut into sticks about 3 mm thick and 2 inches in length.

Clean the basil leaves with damp kitchen paper towel.

Drain the tuna from the oil and place it in the Blender jar.

Join the ricotta cheese, season with salt, pepper and tabasco.

Operate the appliance and blend for 2 minutes until mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Spread tuna mixture with half the cheese slices, put them on themselves and filled the ends of spring rolls with the other half of the compound with the help of a teaspoon.

Spread on a serving dish with vegetable sticks and lean over the rolls.

Cut into slices olives and diced peppers, place on each rolled a leaf of Basil and put on each leaf a bit of pepper.

Keep the rolls in the refrigerator until serving covered by a film of kitchen.
