Sliced veal and fried potatoes
Instructions
Beat the slices slightly.
In a pan heat butter and oil with garlic and Rosemary, removing them as soon as they took color.
Place the meat in the bowl and cook over high heat on one side and on the other for a minute.
Reduce the heat, add the past and diluted with a little broth.
Cover and after ten minutes add the potatoes peeled and cut into wedges.
Stir, adjust salt and pepper.
Cover and remove from heat when the potatoes are soft.
