01720 BOWL of potatoes, tomatoes and olives INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of instant mashed potato, 400 ml water, 1/2 l of milk, 2 4 tomatoes, mozzarella, 50 g of black olives, 2 tablespoons ready-made pesto, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into rings.
Your on a plate lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil and infornateli at 200° for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the mashed potatoes with water, milk and a pinch of salt.
Let cool.
Then add the chopped olives puree, pesto and mix carefully.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Grease well a mould cake rectangular.
Spread on bottom layer while ', lie down on top of the tomato slices, mozzarella and sprinkle some with a bit of oregano.
Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
Bake the bowl for 15 minutes.
When cooked, remove from oven, let cool and dessert, turn out onto a serving dish.
Serve.
