Coffee pudding
Instructions
Mount Snow egg yolks with the sugar, then add flour and cocoa, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add a little at a time the boiling milk having dissolved instant coffee.
Boil the mixture for 8-10 minutes, stirring.
Let cool, then pour into a mold brush with a liqueur.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1/2 shot of liquor
