Instructions
Boil the milk and dissolve the coffee.
Work the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour and cocoa and mix.
Gradually add the hot milk mixture.
Slowly bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring.
Let cool, stirring occasionally.
Place into a mold wet of liquor.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1/2 shot of liquor
