09951 TURKEY CURRY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of Turkey Breast, 100 g of breadcrumbs, a teaspoon of curry powder, salt.
Preheat oven to 200° cut the Turkey Breast in cubes of 1, 5 cm.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the curry and a pinch of salt, put the pieces of meat and shake until they are completely covered.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
