Curried vegetables
Instructions
In a pan with a little oil, then heat the onion sliced and peeled and grated ginger.
Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, ground turmeric, two one of coriander and chilli.
Add the carrot slices, potatoes, green beans and cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes peeled and seedless, the yoghurt and 20 cl of water.
Add salt and simmer for about 20 minutes.

- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 300 g of potatoes
- 150 g of green beans
- 200 g of cauliflower
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 125 g of yoghurt
- Little of olive oil
- Ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 chili
