Instructions
Beat in the egg whites and add the breadsticks powder, cocoa and sugar.
Grease the baking Tin with butter, spolverizzarlo flour, pour the mixture and cook in a Bain-Marie until it is lifted.
You can put on, before passing it on the table, a cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 tablespoons of crushed breadsticks
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 egg whites
- Little of butter
- Little of flour
