Cream of curried carrots
Instructions
CARROT CREAM 04790 CURRY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of carrots, 750 ml meat broth 200 ml of cream, 75 g butter, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons curry powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 lemon, salt and pepper.
In a Pan fry the onion with butter, when is golden add the chopped carrots and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Then add the meat broth, flavored with curry powder, sugar, cream and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
Blend everything together until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Serve cold or hot.
