Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and saucepan, sliced Zucchini, sliced onion and the crushed garlic.
Let simmer over low heat for a quarter of an hour.
Then pour the broth and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Blend and add the hot milk mixture.
Stir, adjust salt and pepper.
Put back on the heat and remove the cream only mentions boiling.
Sprinkle with a sprig of parsley and serve immediately.
