Peasant soup (zuppa del contadino)

PEASANT SOUP 04711 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of potatoes, celery, 75 g 75 g 75 g of peas, beans, Zucchini, 75 g 30 g onion, 50 g of peeled tomatoes, 250 g of broth, salt, parsley and chopped basil, 20 g of grated Parmesan.
