03678 GRAMIGNA with WHITE BEANS and vegetables INGREDIENTS 300 g green beans, 100 g of white beans, potatoes, 3 3 tomatoes, 2 knurled nuts, 100 g of spaghetti, 8 large basil leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil.
PROCEDURE Place the white beans in a saucepan with 1 1/2 l of cold water and cook for 45 minutes.
Peel vegetables and cut it into pieces and Brown it in two tablespoons of oil without browned.
Add the beans with chopped nuts and cook for about 30 minutes.
10 minutes before end of cooking add the pasta and chopped basil leaves.
