Mess of pancakes, turkey and mushrooms

01258 MESS of TURKEY and mushroom CREPES INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g of flour, 400 ml of skimmed milk, 3 eggs, 200 g AC Turkey meat 200 g mushrooms, champignons, 200 g of bacon, 100 g of grated cheese, onions 3 keep, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 20 g of butter.
PROCEEDINGS Dissolve flour in 100 ml of water and mix it with half the milk, beaten eggs and a little salt and nutmeg: let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a pan melt a bit of butter, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter, covering the bottom of the Pan, fry the cracks on both sides.
Prepare the other crepes proceeding similarly.
Cut the spring onions into rings and rosolatele in butter, add the sliced mushrooms and Bacon into slices and let them jump for 10 minutes over low heat.
