Instructions

01256 TUNA and Bacon PIE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 150 g sliced Bacon, chopped 2 onions, chopped 2 scallions, 80 g butter + one for the molds, 60 g flour, 5 cl dry white wine, 50 cl of fish broth, 250 g cream, 600 g of canned tuna, 40 g pecorino, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper Preheat oven to 200° and butter 4 individual molds.

In a pan take 10 minutes to Brown the bacon over low heat.

Remove and delete the cooking fat.

Instead, melt the butter and let dry onion and shallots for 10 minutes over low heat.

Stir the flour and without ceasing to stir together flush wine and broth.

Place the bacon and bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Simmer for 5 minutes, stir the cream, pepper and nutmeg.

Drain the tuna and cut it into large chunks.

Spread on the bottom of the ramekins, cover with Bacon Sauce and sprinkle of pecorino.

Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.

You can accompany it with rice-stuffed tomatoes.
