Avocado with roquefort mousse

00320 AVOCADO MOUSSE AL ROQUEFORT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g of Roquefort, 4 ripe avocados, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of cream, a pinch of chilli, salt.
Cut into small cubes the cheese.
Peel avocados and cut them in two.
Remove their stones, cut the flesh into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
Fill the mug of a food processor the avocado slices, cheese, cream, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Blend everything pulsing until mixture is creamy and smooth.
Pour the mousse into a bowl and serve with slices of bread.
