Avocado with seafood
Instructions
Washed, dried and cut in half lengthwise Avocados.
Remove the stones and carved the flesh in order to leave a layer, sticking to the Peel, about eight millimeters thick.
Cut the flesh into small cubes cut and mix the pulp of astaco.
Spremetevi lemon juice, seasoned with a little oil, salt and pepper and place in refrigerator.
Aside from preparing a sauce with mayonnaise, Dijon-style mustard, ketchup, sherry sauce and grated horseradish.
Worked all very well with a wooden spoon and add the cream, dices of Norway lobster and pulp as you put it in the refrigerator.
Stir thoroughly, fill with this filling the cavities of avocado and garnished with peeled shrimp and olives.
Keep in refrigerator for about an hour to serve cold on lettuce leaves.

- 2 avocado
- 100 g of shrimps
- 75 g of astaco shredded pulp
- 3 scampi (diced meat)
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of grated horseradish
- 1/2 tablespoon of french mustard
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sherry
- 2 tablespoons of non-sweetened whipped cream
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 8 black olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
