Avocado cream cheese
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 avocados, 200 g of ricotta cheese, lemon juice, salt.
Processed cheese with a whip to make it smooth.
Cut Avocados in half and with the help of a knife, remove most of the pulp, wet with the remaining lemon.
Whisk together lemon juice the pulp removed, add the cream cheese, worked well the mixture and fill the fruit again.
Served with toasted crostini along.
