Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg.

cheese, a glass of milk, 250 g sugar, a tablespoon of Cornstarch, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons raisins, butter for the mould, for decoration, kiwi, banana, whipped cream Preheat oven to 160ø.

-170° beat the eggs with sugar until mixture is fluffy.

Place in a bowl the ricotta, milk, cornstarch, sugar, eggs, raisins and mix the ingredients.

Grease and flour a cake pan, pour the mixture and bake for 20 minutes at the end of cooking let cool and put the cake.

Peel and cut into slices, fruit garnish the cake and decorate with whipped cream.
