Banana and chocolate cake
Instructions
Mix the ingredients for the dough, mix and knead just enough to obtain a paste linked and then let it stand for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a mould lined with pasta. Cook in the oven already warm, browned.
Puree two bananas with sugar, rum, egg yolks and add the melted chocolate. Mix well and pour the mixture into the mold. Let cool. Decorate the surface with the other two bananas cut into discs and sprayed with lemon juice.
