Instructions
In a large skillet saute the bacon cut into strips with oil.
When will begin to melt, add the chilli.
Meanwhile, Cook the bucatini al dente, drain and pour into the pan with the bacon dressing and seasoning mix.
Serve sprinkled with pecorino bucatini to flakes.

- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
- 150 g of pork cheek
- 50 g of pecorino romano cheese
- 1 pinch of red chili powder
- Salt
- Olive oil
