Instructions

2_17007 CHOCOLATE MOUSSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of chocolate, 200 g of whipped cream, 100 g sugar, 3 eggs.

For the cream: 4 Orange oranges, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, a tablespoon of corn starch, fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, then let it cool.

Divide the egg yolks from the whites.

Whip the egg whites until foamy firmly with a pinch of salt.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until a foamy consistency; Add the melted chocolate, add the cream and the whipped egg whites.

Stir gently.

Spread the mousse in individual dishes and let it cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar; without ceasing to stir, stir the orange juice and potato starch.

Preparing filtered through a strainer, directly over another bowl.

With an electric mixer, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and blend gently to previously prepared.

Spread the cream over the chocolate mousse and let it sit in the fridge again.
