Potato waffles with sour cream
Instructions
15452 POTATO WAFFLES with SOUR CREAM (WAFFLES) INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the sour cream: 200 g thick cream, juice of 1 lemon.
For waffles: 2 whole eggs, an egg yolk, 400 g of potatoes floury, not 150 g cooking cream, peanut oil, salt and pepper.
For sour cream: beat the cream with the lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
Beat the whole eggs and yolks with salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes, wash them under running water, then dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
Cut and premetele then with your hands so as to eliminate all their liquid.
Place them in a bowl with the cream, beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover with kitchen film and reserved in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the gaufrier (is the special plate for gaufres) Ungetelo and 4 cooking waffles (2 tablespoons of mixture per waffle): must be browned on both sides.
Serve waffles in a serving dish accompanied with sour cream.
