Instructions
In a saucepan, Beat egg whites until foamy, then gently add the icing sugar and coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
Put pot on fire shaped and cook the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon, until you come off from the bottom and walls of the bowl.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture rest for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then, divide it in piles, on a buttered baking sheet and cook the "brutti ma buoni" in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve cold as a snack or at the end of the meal.

- 150 g of skinned hazelnuts
- 130 g of icing sugar
- 60 g of egg whites
