Put the flour on the work surface to the fountain in the Center, pour the extra virgin olive oil, water and salt.

Mix the ingredients with your hands and knead the dough until the mixture is homogeneous.

Grease a baking sheet and lie within the dough using your fingers. Sprinkle the surface with coarse salt. Put in the oven already warm in 200° and cook for about half an hour.

Serve warm with cold cuts. It is a popular cake obtained by replacing white flour with the rougher and humble cornmeal, once cooked, takes on a golden and crisp appearance.
