Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 sheet of puff pastry, 250 ml cream, 100 g grated Parmesan cheese 50 g Gruyere cheese, 50 g butter, flour, 40 3 eggs, salt, pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry into a pie mould, stamped the base repeatedly with a knife and cover it with aluminum foil pressing well on the walls.

Bake in medium oven, previously hot, for 10 minutes, remove the sheet of paper and add the cheese and egg yolks whisked.

Whip the egg whites until foamy and mix with the previously prepared.

Pour into the mold and gratinate in the oven until the surface is golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Serve.
