Cream cheese cream puffs
Instructions
Split the three equal parts cream and pour in as many pots.
In one you put the gorgonzola into small pieces, in another the fontina and provolone in third.
Over low heat melt the cream cheese mix.
When the creams are dense, salty and blank.
In gorgonzola joined a tablespoon of chopped celery leaves, fontina a pinch of white pepper and provolone nutmeg.
Fill with cream the cream puffs, pyramid arrange and serve
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 16 small cream puffs
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of provolone cheese
- 15 cl of cream
- Celery
- Nutmeg
- White pepper
- Salt
