Instructions

10484 FOCACCIA DI RECCO INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 450 g wheat flour type 0, 250 g cheese, soft, 150 g water, 70 g of extra virgin olive oil, salt Prepare a dough with flour, 50 g of oil, water and salt.

Knead well, then divide the dough into two equal parts and stendetele in two thin sheets.

Lined with a sheet, a baking sheet greased (33x36 cm.), leaving the edges high; spread the crescenza cheese into small pieces and cover with the other sheet sealing the edges well and eliminating excess dough.

Drizzle with the remaining oil.

Hack sometimes the surface and bake in preheated oven at 180ø for 15 minutes and then 5 minutes on 200ø.

Serve freshly baked.

Note: perfect for replace the crescenza with cottage cheese and cook in oven on embers formed from bundles of Heather.
