Clean the chicken and put inside a nut, lemon pitted several times with a knife and another nut.
Close it with toothpicks, place it on a baking sheet and cook for 1 hour at room temperature.
Retire it and cut it into 4 parts.
Put a tablespoon of cooking sauce in a small bowl, add the tomato and cook. Peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks and FRY in plenty of oil; drain. Serve the chicken with the tomato and French fries.
