Pomegranate salad
Instructions
Clean and cut into cubes the apples, remove the kernels of pomegranates and merged everything at Soncino in a serving dish.
In a bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and emulsify well with the prongs of a fork. When you pour on fruits and vegetables.
The salad can serve as an appetizer or as a side dish to meats.

- 2 renette apples
- 1 pack of soncino or Valerian
