Sicilian bruschetta
Instructions
Clean the sardines and let them FRY in a pan with oil, garlic and chilli.
Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with the fennel.
Cook for a few minutes and place 2 sardines on each slice of bread previously bruscato.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of sicilian bread (with sesame seeds)
- 8 fresh sardines
- 300 g of fennel
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 chili
