RUSSIAN SALAD INGREDIENTS 08290 4 PERSONS 400 g cheese, 100 g green beans, 2 courgettes (260 g), a boiled potato (150 g), 80 g of peas, 2 carrots (200 g), 6 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (70 g), lemon juice (30 g), salt, black pepper, garlic clove, 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley clean the vegetables and cut them into small dice.

Mix well and add cottage cheese and ground pepper.
Stir again.
