Bruschetta with yoghurt and cucumber
Instructions
Peeled and cubed cucumber, salt it and let it drain properly.
Pour the yoghurt on cucumber and seasoned with salt, pepper and minced Mint.
Spread the mixture on the slices of bread bruscato.

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cucumbers
- 400 g of greek yoghurt
- Some leaves of chopped fresh mint
- Salt
- White pepper
