Curried shrimp 2
Instructions
2_07232 SHRIMP CURRY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of prawns or 1/2 kg of Prawn tails, 200 g mushrooms, sliced a shot of brandy, 100 g of cooked rice, olive oil.
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons curry powder, a golden Apple zest, minced onion, a glass of cream, a die for meat broth, white pepper.
In a large saucepan fry the shrimp with a little olive oil and mushrooms.
Add the brandy and then evaporate the alcohol; keep aside.
In another saucepan, fry the butter with Apple and onion, add two glasses of water, the curry, the nut and the cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water.
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to fire.
Strain the sauce through a strainer to get a light and smooth sauce, add the shrimp, add the cream and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and serve dishes forming a volcano with boiled rice and place the shrimp in the Center.
